About Us & Mission

About Us

The Unbridled Kids Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Pea Ridge,
Arkansas. Established and founded in 2024 by Terrica Weatherford, OTR, and guided under the direction of Emily Zane Vitt, COTA/L, Unbridled Kids Foundation is committed to enhancing the lives of children with special needs.

Unbridled Kids Foundation directly supports Unbridled Pediatric Therapies which began with 1 therapist, no volunteers, and 3 horses. Since then, we have expanded to serve families throughout Northwest Arkansas with a growing team of 7 therapists, 6 volunteers, and 9 horses; approximately serving 70 children weekly.

Our Mission

Unbridled Kids Foundation is dedicated to supporting Unbridled Pediatric Therapy in its mission to provide transformative equine-assisted therapy for children. By covering the financial gap between the actual cost of therapy and available funding, we ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow, heal, and thrive through the powerful connection between horse and rider. Our commitment is to make these services sustainable and accessible, so no child is left without the care they need.
