Terrica Weatherford
At Unbridled Pediatric Therapies, the source of our inspiration and dedication to helping families is Terrica Weatherford. Her goal in opening Unbridled Pediatric Therapies was to be able to offer hippotherapy to individuals and families in the Northwest corner of Arkansas, an area that was lacking in year-round hippotherapy.
Terrica established Unbridled as an inclusive facility that welcomes all children and individuals to experience the power of connection with Unbridled’s therapy horses.
Terrica’s History & Qualifications
Terrica began practicing as a pediatric occupational therapist in 2010 and then started working in a neonatal intensive care unit in 2012. She first established No Limits Pediatric Therapies in Bentonville and then followed it with Unbridled Pediatric Therapies in 2020 to additionally offer hippotherapy to Northwest Arkansas. She saw that founding her own therapy facilities would enable her to provide more personalized and dedicated service to children, adults, and their families.
She obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Arkansas and went on to receive a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has since added further education in Sensory Processing, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Feeding/Oral Motor, and Social/Emotional disorders.
